A vacant inherited house, by itself, is a sleepy list unless you are sufficiently skilled to isolate and stimulate their pain.You need better lists which target people with big, in-their-face problems. 

Thanks for all the advice, after a night's sleep, I have decided to sell it as-is.

I've been reading threads regarding STR for a few hours now and I was getting a bit sleepy. 

I have done research and attended a couple of Real Estate Investment workshops and have learned how it can free me from my current day to day life of basically just work and sleep. I

Currently I'm focused on what was a sleepy fishing village a few years ago.

I'm already so amp'd I can't sleep; I can't wait to see how exciting it will be when I actually get something under contract.

The midnight oil is burning up and I am sleepy.

Then again, I'm from a sleepy town of 100k people so lots of places look vibrant and alive to me
