Hi Chris,We've got a couple of units in upstate New York that are located in less desirable neighborhoods that have high cap rates.

A-Class neighborhoods are high-end, desirable, with low vacancy rates.

A travel nurse or relo'ing resident, student/intern can't rent from you if your calendar has a night or two locked up in the middle of their desired stay.

Remove the desire to be right.Be able to question your opinions and verify them using actual data, not ego, or the desire to be right.
