It's a great way to get a taste of real estate! 

It should give you a good taste of what the business is like, before venturing out on your own.I don't know one thing about company, but had an interesting discussion with one of their franchisees one day and that particular one seemed to be struggling.   

Anyone can cook but that doesn’t make them a gourmet chief (or even a fry cook) and unless they have put thousands of hours into of effective relevant work and have a good sense of taste and understand what others want then they will not be able to maximize the results.

Throughout the years I saved money in safe assets (read: cash/treasuries/etc) and very little in stocks as I started making money and investing during the great recessions and that left a bad taste in my mouth.

It will be my first investment property as well and I really want it to be here, but the prices are too high for my taste.  

I just want to get a taste of the real estate game, any knowledge will be a great help.

Personally I do NOT like the look of stucco, but that's just a matter of taste.

Well water needs to be treated for taste, minerals, germs etc and you can do a lot of that yourself or have it done by a pro.

There are a few exceptions though, for homes that have unique features, homes that look like they were renovated with quality materials and tasteful design are being bid up.

Hey Phil, I don't know what your budget is but you should taste different things before committing to one path.
