It should give you a good taste of what the business is like, before venturing out on your own.I don't know one thing about company, but had an interesting discussion with one of their franchisees one day and that particular one seemed to be struggling.

Anyone can cook but that doesn’t make them a gourmet chief (or even a fry cook) and unless they have put thousands of hours into of effective relevant work and have a good sense of taste and understand what others want then they will not be able to maximize the results.

Well water needs to be treated for taste, minerals, germs etc and you can do a lot of that yourself or have it done by a pro.
