This is apples and oranges.Evan, you are very wrong again.I am investigating syndication track records OUTSIDE my investment and most of them are busted.I could talk more but I just don't want to give name in public , so these are general statement.Dont just say everything is fine when public money lost money left and right, they are the one that makes you able to pay your kid's school.
