Safety come when the société is balance in his social-economic aspect.A lot of opinion in this subject sound GREEDY AND ÉLITISTE.

I had one in acquisition mode, one in remodel stage, and one that we were selling.  

But I'm still in growth mode.

It's fear based which is a safety mechanism. 

@Rob Bergeron are these going to be section 8 type inspections or will they be more of just a safety check?

My investor only had to do repairs from the section 8 inspection that he normally would need to do for the safety of his tenants.
