Know your responsibilities as a landlord instead of acquiescing to every request or complaint.

That being said, I asked an attorney who I’m an acquaintance of about this very thing, just for my own curiosity, and his response was get the LLC in whatever state the property is in.

The lady said what if there were 100 documents, my response was there are 3 documents and no where near 100.

Will itemize for brevity purposes:- Mother wants to move to Saint George, Utah and get a home in a 55+ community- Me (son) has cash and wants to buy the home for her.

They do respond within 24 hours but most of the time, the response is in regards to them working on your request.
