Here's the way it works:PRE-HUD HOMES (homes built prior to 1976): These are grandfathered in position by HUD but you cannot move one and re-install it in a park virtually anywhere in the U.S. because it does not have the HUD seal.1977 TO 1989 HOMES: These homes are so old that transporting them is extremely risky since they may just collapse in transport going 55 mph.1990 TO CURRENT HOMES:  These homes can be moved, but it costs around $5,000 to do so.So then who would move a used mobile home?

The AHJ will inspect and then provide a meter release for the utility to reinstall the feeder.

No tenant in this day and age would rent a property that does not provide adequate cable or internet / outlets.Unfortunately, almost all internet / Tv providers such as At&T/Xfinity etc since 2017  will no longer  install/re-install / fix coaxial outlets, it is the responsibility of a AV technician or an electrician that really knows what they are doing.

That was about 6 months ago and for reasons beside this convo,,I havent reinstalled the walls yet, but will after I spray the box store mold stuff on the studs. and back side of adjoining wall which had NO signs of mold when I tore this bath walls out.

When installing check if the walls have already wood trim that can be removed and then lowered and reinstalled over new flooring otherwise you will want to buy and add trim which is expensive.

this would allow one to hirer more full time staff to really watch these properties and take care of turnover and vacancy in a proficient manner.. the idea that your going to get 3 bids to work on these houses is not realistic in the least ( like what out of area owners want)  timing of securing the assets pulling the appliances and Hvac ASAP  then reinstalling is what I see the bigger companies do out of necessity.. so you need a big wharehouse to put all the stuff trucks staff etc.

Lol I got stories from this live-in reno:- Cut to last weekend, sub zero degree weather, and me trying to prevent the pipes from freezing at 2 am and not realizing the sputtering is normal when you have a house on a well (this is my first property that has a well rather than municipal water)- Having a sulfer pump attached to the entirely wrong well on the property and then having to get it uninstalled, build a new pump house, and reinstalled in that pump house...- Did I mention a lady bug infestation?
