How many inquiries have you received?

Some of the folks that I've received inquiries from are VERY far from meeting criteria - income, credit score or both.And @Matthew Becker, I lived in Moscow in the early 90s - went to UofI for undergrad! 

I havent worked with him personally but have received a good referral for him.

I have received a few garnishment checks from the employer.

I understand that with traditional mortgages, it is unlikely to receive lending that incorporates speculative renovation costs.
