In the city of Racine, I have noticed the the property values are low compared to the amount of rent you can receive.

Unfortunately, I’ve run into a major issue: I received a Stop Work Notice on my property in Covington, GA, because I didn’t have the proper permits for the renovations.I want to resolve this as quickly and smoothly as possible without jeopardizing the project.Can anyone offer advice or share their experience with:1.How to address the Stop Work Notice with the local authorities?

Even towns of less than 10k, as long as it is in a "good part" of town and there is somewhat stable growth in that area, then most lenders will not add any additional underwriting guidelines, especially if it is rented out.I always like to do the Walmart check (kind of what you recommended being by a store).

I did send an email to Support but have not received a response and cannot find a number to talk to anyone. 

There are also additional costs of operating and maintaining an LLC, like separate bank accounts, annual report filings, tax filings, etc.2.

Part of that is adding additional cost for increase in building products. 

Make no mistake it isn’t quick or especially comfortable but it can definitely be profitable.As for the rent a room thing in most locales I have to wonder if the additional rent is worth the hassles of dealing with the increased time and liability of multiple tenants in one property but that’s a totally different conversation. 

Additionally, please share if this was a scam or not.

But that doesn't erase the fact that the rental income received is taxable.
