Like radiant heat, it is most efficient to maintain the pool at or near your desired temperature. 

Right now the rural destinations are eating everyone's lunch but after a vaccine is available and herd immunity takes effect, I'd expect all destinations to pick back up.

It could mean losing out on buy after buy, maybe dozens upon dozens, that just is what it is in some markets, don't let herd thinking determine your actions.

Hey Davidfocus on finding the deal first, then, during your due diligence period, you can have a herd of potential contractors walk through the house and give you real estimates. unless you are a contractor, you dont want to risk your money on your own guess of a rehab estimate. 

Some will even agree on  your price because they don't want to say 'no' but then won't sign the papers...then you're herding cats at that point (dealing with one of those right now.)The key pieces#1.
