Each one you own gives you some quantity of positive cash flow, plus tax write offs, plus mortgage pay-down / equity gain.  

And it's the job of the investor to make the choice that's best for them.And yes, it's 100% true that many of those aggressive syndications also suffer from lack of sufficient transparency (and I personally find that unacceptable).

While I have sufficient liquid cash on hand, I prefer to maintain liquidity as I'm actively seeking my next deal.
