So your $300k number might be what the flipper sold the final product for, less what they purchased it for.

They recommend certain other products to help you but nothing is shoved down your throat. 

Very few candidates we have had to decline due to background checks.

Hi Alberto, Personally, I don't believe Miami or South Florida is overvalued in the sense that a decline in home prices is coming.

Spending most of the “live”webinar telling stories to try connect to people’s emotions and sale them an overpriced product that works for a tiny percentage of people.

It would not surprise me if they were acquiring the paper and servicing rights to take an inside line on refi's for these customers if rates decline.
