Small multi (4 and under) is still residential so wouldn't be in their wheelhouse, but they are a different product than DealMachine.

As I'm moving through the house cleaning everything, I'm better able to notice what needs to be removed/replaced, and every other little defect.

End product is cool though.

Vrbo has been less productive, and FF remains a staple.

It's likely you will have to redo most of their work when you get it checked as you don't want an inferior product out there if you are selling or renting it.
