Here in Georgia for example Fulton county is the city of Atlanta's main hub.

They are not from the same country, some from Cuba, some from Ecuador, some from Peru, yes they all speak Spanish but not sure if that's "homogeneous".The property is only a few blocks from State Road 7 US 441, and that street is very busy - public transportation, stores, strip malls etc...so I suspect many work there, in the restaurants, auto repair, tire kingdom, hub cap heaven, super markets, pet shops etc...

You could try list hub too, but I don't know if they work directly with consumers.

How numbers looks compare to leasing out office space.Saturation levelLocation (Better to be near downtown or corporation hub, or better in suburbs etc..)

They don't think to fly to a major hub then go find homes out in the country or little 30 to 50k satellite cities in the mid west and east coast..

State government, which will never go away; hospital hub; education hub, with the state university schools there; and the new nano tech hub nearby.  

I would suggest you check out the Hub City REIA in Hagerstown (Brian Beard). 

Now because Detroit still has a great business infrastructure is becoming a startup hub  and it is very difficult to find an affordable apartments downtown.
