Once the DOS has been violated, it has been violated.Yes, banks are enforcing the DOS.It actually “red flags” the account at the bank for further review.As the bank looks, then sees Two deed transfers in such a short time on one property, then another transfer to a Land Trust and the loan isn’t being paid off, hmm, they say, “something fishy is going on here and it may be illegal”.Contrary to popular belief, banks aren’t stupid.No bank is going to risk liability to protect you and ignore that you violated the DOS.

From what I see all the people answering to me here (and there are so many) are just coming against and refusing to agree with my simple statement: "a landlord is not above the law or norms by its personal choice or presumed capability to judge what he don't know" or as well "a landlord cannot deny or miscarriage a service to a stranger without a known valid reason and at the same time pretend to be operating professionally or loyally to the moral"Basically I'm telling if you are not able to do your business correctly it would be better to find someone else than you, mainly when your ideas about "squatter" or fair treatment are coming from ignorance or completely invented. 

@Samuel Gebretnsae You have two choices. 1) Walk away and leave your money on the table. 2) Go ahead with the deal and take a leap of faith that the repair was done correctly.

Or like many like to go to and claim Ponzi.I think these are good discussions to have for investors when the market has shifted and choosing a sponsor is so critical and one cant invest simply on popularity or SM presence.

It might also be unavoidable to live in a high cost of living area due to my career choices. 

Or like some of the crowdfunders money flooded in and they made some pretty seriously poor lending choices and they themselves and their investors got wiped out.
