Have you noticed any particular design elements or color schemes that have been especially popular with renters lately?

And no matter how many homes I sold in 7 days or less, which was kind of my thing, still the popular messaging was "you got luck, now run away". 

Example, if you wanted to be close to the vineyards that are gaining popularity, Sahuarita or Green Valley is where you want to look.

White is also still popular in flips due to buyers being able to change it easier upon closing or if lighting is poor and the space needs to be brightened up.

I can see this becoming more popular as time goes on.
