Looks like land prices in the area have dramatically increased in anticipation of the new Intel plant.

Now, there will be those deviations given specific unique factors, say a steel town somewhere that 40% work at the plant and plant shut's down, oh-yeah, big time decline.

That said hard to say what happens with market but if things begin to shift that is when people who have no idea what they are doing usually suffer the most because they are taking the biggest risks.

The generation preceding will reap the rewards, this one will suffer.

And of course we're all suffering with inflation.I have a friend who rents condos and she's having a very bad year.
