It really needs new cabinets, but guests think the kitchen is great because they have a new coat of paint, and already had granite counters. 

The day my property closed I made 3 offers with obviously strong down payments (from my exchange.) 2 countered and one accepted, so I went with the accepted offer.

It does put the buyers agent in some awkward positions though when they make an offer and then we counter removing or drastically reducing the commish.. the Buyers cant understand why their agent wont work for 5 to 10k.. compared to 15 to 20k on the what used to be normal 3% buyers side..

At the end of the day if you are going to buy 10,20,50, 100, 500 or more tax sales a year, it is EXTREMELY counter productive and a waste of time to buy 2 or 5 or 10 or 20 from 15+ states.

There's no one home to put the fire out or turn the water off if a pipe burst.

Hopefully it’s just issues with your drain piping, which is a quick fix.

Can the dining table and counter fit the people you listed it for (where do you store the extra chairs)?

The catch is it must be vacant 90 days and winters in Vermont are expensive to heat the building so the pipes don't freeze requiring costly plumbing repairs.So this property may be eligible for up to $130k in grant money and rental income guaranteed by the state!
