Its not a fun issue , but I deal with it constantly.What happened is the  Pink paint below the brown paint is probably an oil base paint and the brown paint is a latex based paint!

If you're willing to consider other areas then you may be able to find something that works on the west side of the city around the pink line tracks in little village or nearby spots which would pretty much be c class areas

You will not be receiving any compensation for this work.Let's analyze a hypothetical property that is offered at full retail but instead of needing new plumbing, new electrical, and having a sagging sidewalk it had an outdated, thrashed kitchen and a bathroom that was 50 years old (maybe blue or, worse, pink tub - you get the idea).
