Hi all, I am familiarizing myself with at the Casper market and wondering whether any local investors can shed some perspective on overall property values relative to rents in the area.

There are pros and cons to both SFR and MFR from both a strategic and financial perspective.

Also, Business Insider published a nice article last week that shows the Flock process from the perspective of a client.

There is some gray area here from the seller's perspective as not all brokers operate at the same level as I do.

This creates a new issue because I deal with small notes under $75k in value and need to bundle them to meet a collateral lender's min loan amounts.A partial buyer will look unfavorably upon a hypothecated noteYou guys think there's any wiggle room here for negotiation or would this destroy the note's value from the note investor's perspective?
