The church where I've been a member for the last 10 years is trying to recruit a new pastor, as our previous pastor moved back to his home state after 9 years with us.  

My question for all of my fellow BP members is....do you think the seattle market will continue and mirror the prices that california has seen in the past or do any of you see a potential correction up here?

Maybe try investing your seed capital with an experienced VC, who has dealt with startups in the past. Or

I would run it by a loan officer because there could be something that hinders this strategy (like if you've had an FHA loan in the past or if you currently have one, etc).

If they were made promises in the past or simply ignored for years and years, this could be a tricky thing.

This is a  Nationwide  Home Inspectors Association and is generally a reliable source.Many if not most of these inspectors are past or present licensed general or specialty trade contractors with years of experience and unblemished records in their fields.

We rent to people with prior evictions, but they have to be more than 3 years ago and the rest of their application has to be spotless, like their income has to check out and their current landlord has to verify that they have not missed a payment or been late in the last year.Who hasn't had problems in the past or found themselves in a difficult situation?
