I grew up in Erie, PA but I am currently an officer in the Army stationed at Fort Stewart which is near Savannah, Georgia.

So, don't get frustrated if they don't return your call or aren't in the office.

If it's a single member LLC then they prefer to have an officer sign, which would be you and your legal name.

CRE is in trouble, particularly large office buildings in big metros with a lot of vacancy. 

People had no idea what to do at stop lights, gas pumps didn't work and those that already pumped gas couldn't pay because the attendant couldn't take cash, the lights were out in office buildings and hotels, grocery stores were worried about frozen and refrigerated food going bad, theme parks had people stuck in rides screaming to get off.

From my experience from living here in the Bay Area and forced to live 2 hours from my office makes you really think outside of the box.

They called the office asking for us to buy them new shoes.

.: There are companies that provide this and I even believe some do a revenue share with apartments.We had looked into this a while back for some of our properties.Not a bad revenue stream and a nice little perk to have new EVs charging near the clubhouse/office where new prospective residents can also see them. 

Speeding up the pickup and drop is helpful in cutting down on time, however the Architect (and their office) are the ones to make the actual drawing changes.

I think they've really been helped by the full/partial telecommute, as it's not terrible if you had to go into the city once or twice a week, but if everyone goes back to full-on 5 day offices I think there will be some exodus.
