We are in Encinitas and have to go to SJ to care for my mother n law and thinking of doing RCFE or STR in our primary.

I've looked at N Florida and C Florida hear the same ****, yet when I put offers out there back in Oct/Nov, I'm getting inquiries here the last week or so if I'm still interested.

And once in, this cycle repeats over n over n over.

As a side note, I canceled my paid subscription with Rentometer recently when I was researching this property:   421 N Washington Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 Rentometer (Paid) showed 1BR at $1,026 and 2BR $1,318. 

I grew up with my Dad in N.

I buy n hold single family homes in C+ hoods in the Dallas area where demand is high.

Even in the rough areas of N Charleston, homes that would sell for $50K in BR are selling for more than $200k.
