You technically will not become "active" until you're a member of NAR, A local board association MLS, and have your license hung at a brokerage.

Yes she is a licensed agent  Further explain by pursuing additional damages outside the timeframe in the law that she is committed an NAR Code of Ethics Violation of Article 1.

Is the NAR lobbying every state to word the legislation this way or what?

REALTORS are quite possibly the next trade group in real estate to be attacked.I do not like giving money to politicians but understand why NAR wants to do it.
