If you can’t work it out, your best hope is they will reaffirm the house loan in the bk because you really don’t have a right to petition the BK court for a motion of release since you don’t hold the note (I don’t think).

I was going to recommend getting a product called "Scarecrow Motion-Activated Sprinkler," you can find it on Amazon.

If you like what you do and you know what you are talking about you will be comfortable after you go through the motions a few times.

Hi @Yuriy Skripnichenko,  It has always been mine and my partners rule to leave instructions for anything mechanical we provide, such as smoke detectors, microwave, etc., in the units for the tenants.  

So, the judge looked at the motion on Wednesday, 8/22 and declined the motion to reopening the case.

Out of five smoke detectors in one of my rentals, one won't twist off to allow replacement of the battery.

I'd install 2-3 security lights,  maybe dusk til dawn or motion detector ones, so that way when they come home it's well lit.
