If they have their own maintenance people, then they could monetize on repairs on old or smaller dwellings vs newer homes not needing as much work (I.e., lower-end might be more workers, but higher income)?

The sad part is I think this only makes it worse for the next generation or three because the way the government will "fix" this, is to borrow more, monetize more debt and tank the dollar with inflation in order to try and pay back the debts that are near impossible to pay back already

If I could find a way to monetize whatever came my way, it'd mitigate that risk.

Way to take a situation and be a phenomenal human by helping a lady in need and then consequentially monetize it on the real estate side. 

Would suggest analyzing the NJ Transit Stops specifically communities neighboring Express Stops back into the NYC, consider house hacking with multi family units (2-4 units) and monetize your overhead short term.

Then use sensible debt, equity, or buyers to monetize your deal.

@Andy Bauman yea its an nice problem I now need to monetize.

We try to keep the footwork around 50/50 and our business pays us as 1099 contractors individually when there is a task we deem necessary to monetize.
