Retirement Plan for real estate

My advice is to stop paying for adult kids, because it just keeps them dependent and you will never retire. you can BNB the condo and make cash flow on that. if you can BNB your NY home too, then that's not a bad idea. just block the time you are there and then monetize it while you are away.

How much is my real estate website worth?

Regardless of the amount of revenue you generated personally it wasn't your actual site doing the work, it was you & your skilled service.. it seems like its been an awesome lead source but the traffic wasn't monetized so the actual site is probably only worth 400-500 to someone else.
