But for my one tenant that seems to give me another to do right after I completed the last one, I have given him notice on the last 2 repairs that he may be given the bill if it is considered maintenance that he should be responsible for of he is mis-using the house.For example: he said they could not use either bathtub.

@Michael Bishay people misuse these terms all the time, but if you research you will find:Hard Money: institutional funds, from hedge funds, etc.Private Money: from individuals, often family & friends, but could be from anyone.

Financial Advisor is misused for everything from a wealth manager to a financial planner to a securities salesman to a life insurance salesman.To a large extent it goes to how the “financial advisor” is compensated.A financial advisor compensated on commission or product sales is not really a financial advisor; he’s an investment/securities salesperson.
