You might want to think about your marriage less like a business agreement and more like.... well like... forever.Do your best and let life happen to you man.

Other states it may depend on the State law if the LLC itself is treated as community property, which may very due to circumstances, for example if the LLC was formed before or after the marriage.

One thing to remember is everyone's life changes,  your friends may have job changes, life changes - marriage, or whatever.. your still on the mortgage and still responsible for the property.
