Much easier to mange and will make more money over the long haul than non appreciating rentals.Most investors that have CASH not leverage will eventually gravitate to trust deed investing.

As someone that manged a 320 unit property that was partially section 8, I would say it's something personally for my own rental pocket book could not afford, I saw many apartments damaged, the inspections by Sect 8 are not easy to necessarily pass, and when they do re inspections they will fail a unit for a burnt out light bulb.. so your rent subsidy get's delayed..
