I was reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" on a flight to work and everything he said was ringing true to my situation.

I took an emergency flight to view the property and the aftermath of what happened the next day.

I left my hanger in Aurora Oregon at 8 am.. was in Tillamook at 8:30  ( its a 2 hour drive) 45 minutes on the ground looked at loan  and passed... 40 minute flight to Hood river looked at loan and made the loan  Tillamook to Hood River 3.5 hour drive.. it now about 11am.. 1 hour hood River to East Wenatchee  ( hood River to Wenatchee 3 plus hours drive) passed on loan... 30 mintues Wenatchee to Omak made the loan about 2 hour drive.

The same goes with plane tickets - once you're on the plane, a coach ticket to New Zealand feels the same regardless of whether you bought it at Fred's House 'o' Cheap Flights or from a full service travel agent.A house is completely different.

The most ideal situation would be to take a flight and visit everytime I want to make a deal but this becomes costly.

What credit cards are you using to accumulate points for flights and hotels?

And flights are affordable from Denver to KC so I can make a day trip or stay with family while I am there. 

I have a local agent in SA that will represent me in the sale and I have a flight booked at the end of the month.

I avoid buying any deals with any major negatives to it such as busy streets, near railroad tracks, in airport flight paths, having a large number of stairs to climb from street to front door, commercial unit next to or behind it (unless the play is to convert the usage of course), or any major factor that will hinder your buyers pool With a smaller buyers pool comes less competition for your unit and therefore, typically will make it more difficult to sell (longer hold times) and for less than the model match on a non busy street or without major detrimental factors.This opinion of mine comes from 15 years of experience and making some of these mistakes.

I think you have found the runway and are just now checking over a pre-flight checklist!
