How does inheriting tenants work?

Now if I sold the property, am I paying capital gains of the whole amount (sold price) as if I inherited from him not sold price minus purchase price and fees.

This is a pretty unique restriction and I would think LESSEN the home's value considerably.

My current project is one that I inherited but will definitely pay off in the long run.One of my biggest questions I hope to get answered is how private lending works and if it is worth it. 

I read where a court held inherited IRAs are not protected from creditors.

Why would you want to inherit a headache?

Hi everyone,I am currently planned to close on a rental property in southern Indiana and will inherit a long term tenant.

She was an inherited tenant and it's our fourth lease.

Excluded from this are pre-marital assets, inheritances and assets acquired during a legal separation.
