Add a marketing fee in the deal for your efforts, before passing the deal to the end buyer (You could label the fee with whatever suits you).

I was going through the data, and I found that "owner 1 label name" "owner 1 first name/last name"  Some of these fields were empty, or it looked like, they were backwards.  

I would label them similar to what Hattie calls them, by my term is "semi-related baby daddies" or "moochers".

Of course a prospective lender would not lend to a borrower whose credit history demonstrates chronic pattern of disregarding credit obligations on the same terms they would extend to unblemished credit.  

I would highly discourage contacting them frequently if you don't have business to perform, as this could cause you to be ignored and labeled as a waste of time.

I advise you to take this time to make sure you get a updated rental agreement/lease between you and him, after you do the repairs; take a long, slow video and lots of photos of his unit (& the whole building- especially rental & public areas) LABEL & SAVE the evidence in a safe place (or two!)

I've seen how brazen people have become, a tenant long ago who we would not renew their lease due to chronic late payments, aggressive and passive-aggressive tendencies, outright continuous lying and more, actually put me down as a reference on the application of the new place she wanted to rent.

Soil and slope are great for wine grapes, but from other conversations we've had, we've been told it's not worth the huge investment for grapes unless you're doing the whole winery thing and producing your own label, etc.

Your contractors can be quick to label you an unreasonable ******* when you push them.
