When you mentioned selling and other investors being involved.

The older I get the more deeply I feel connected to this idea of only being involved in Win-Win situations. 

I do have several S8 rentals, while they are generally performing well, there is more paperwork involved in the leasing and the strict inspections can be quite a pain. 

I'm not completely foreign to the construction process as I grew up around a family that was involved in home building, but due to living in another state I can't really lean on them for the direct, hands-on guidance. 

Two flats are essentially just houses.... they trade like houses and there is a lot of emotion involved.

@Alba Cheung,your property manager should have already handled this and you should not be involved.

These leads were very unresponsive and may pan out over a longer period of time but the time involved is just not worth the effort.  

Now more than ever, I am seeing offers required to be submitted through a portal where the listing agents want no business being involved with up front negotiations.

The PM handles almost everything except the decision-making.Would it be rude or inappropriate if I communicated directly with the PM without involving my realtor?

Add risk tolerance of the principal(s) involved, and the answer can be worked out.
