when i started on BP a lot of BP members would talk about mentors and the best way to talk to someone was to invite someone to lunch and buy them lunch..

I'm deeply disappointed by Antoinne (posting on this thread), the owner of Flip System, who has been sending me invitations on BiggerPockets to participate in deals of the addresses for properties in Detroit that I had done through his company, all of which turned out poorly.

Anyhoo, if his goal was to business-build for his employer, it's a fail, since he offered no alternate plan, just negating Anderson's along with most everything else, and inviting me to pay him for consultation, even though there is seemingly no point to anything.

I would offer them a lease and invite them to make an offer on the property anytime in the future when they are actually in a position to buy it.
