Over the past year I have experienced significant water intrusion on the basement that has left water damage and has made the basement useless.

The main problem was noise from the upstairs unit and/or an intrusive HOA.

You don't have to tolerate this intrusion - and the longer you wait to take action, the longer they'll enjoy irritating you.Best...

phase 1 will not confirm contamination. it is not an intrusive investigation. just a site visit and records review. most dry cleaners have unreported contamination. the phase 1 might flag a current dry cleaner for further investigation. however, it is the historic ones that are of greatest concern and if could be hard to determine if they conducted onsite operations or were just drop-off.  

Of course Lenders need to know your DTI Ratio, so LLC assets/liabilities are included.If you don't like intrusive questions, you have this option: don't borrow.  

I’m not sure how to convey that I’m worried about potential contractual obligations that I’ll be on the hook for without seeming intrusive or demanding.

The listing agent came back with the inspection report from the previous purchaser from May, and asked if I could use that and remove the contingency.As I read through the report, it became apparent why the buyer backed out-Loose vinyl siding with potential animals living inside, caulk/sealant missing from trim on doors, moisture intrusion on windows with soft spots and exterior cladding loose, shingles missing from roof with light visible from the attic, cracked floor joists, first floor uneven with large slopes (you could skydive off the leveler before you hit the ground), uneven stairs, signs of inward movement on the foundation with masonry recommendation, active leak in basement pipe.I'm trying to be creative in making this work.

We knew there had been water intrusion in the basement in the past.
