The other primary time requirement is tenant interviews and screening; which I feel could also be out sourced with a pre-made script (at least the initial phase of tenant screening).

just wanted to say that I have gotten a lot of inspiration from your journey and especially your early interviews on BP and in other media. 

Our management company has interviewed vendors our there that have capabilities, using AI, to verify authenticity of certain documents, including ID's.

I searched for jobs in North Carolina for about a year but never got an interview.

Happy to exchange companies to avoid if it would help.And to answer @Michael Smythe's question, I interviewed the crap out of management companies with what I felt were great, in-depth questions, both times we hired bad managers.

City staff are meticulous at making sure the applicants for a license are in fact the primary residents of the property - including interviewing neighbors.
