Poor nutrition, inconsistent sleep schedule, less time for local relationships, lack of fitness routine, etc...Usually none of these carry an immediate direct cost but give it time and they'll all eventually have a negative impact to your bottom line and some of the damages can never be recovered.

The lease will say that its the tenants responsibility to hire a competant mowing service at timely intervals,  to keep the lawn looking at least comparable with neighbors, no longer than 3" or whtever, blah blah....Or, maybe you could re landscape, level some, add rockery or shrubs, bulkhead. ???

Curb parking is more challenging but there is usually an ordinance requiring the cars be moved at some interval.

Once you start seeing your call intervals increase, meaning it's taking your callers longer to connect to another record, then it may be time to rest your list.
