The site was under construction and I only recently got a login to the site.

Then think about writing off your cellphone, your internet, you car, your home office, your tax prep, etc etc etc.  

They have a ton of good groups and meet up events happening on both sites.

Based on my experience coaching investors with my husband, who was a realtor many years ago, I strongly advise that, regardless of whom you work with, you meet the team, conduct thorough market research, get an appraisal, schedule an inspection, and also arrange for a site visit.

Dependable routine maintenance is a part of this property with a full time team on site at the villa. 

Sometimes things are left on the work site and local hoodlums sneak in and take them.

The land assessment value is on the tax assessor's site in every county, but that doesn't hold a ton of relevance in my opinion.

Like contractors, which can be ROUGH especially for someone with a day job who cant be on site beginning and end of shift.
