In otherwords, does he know that you are a newer / relatively inexperienced investor (assumed) with credit issues?  

@Andrew Fredrickson, Quick question for you...when you say "Engage more on the BP forums," as a newer and inexperienced investor, I have a hard time feeling like I can contribute much to a post, and I don't always want to pose questions.

Maybe you are just talking to inexperienced bankers or banks. 

You're letting this agent walk all over you because you are new and inexperienced.

Contrary to many of the so-called "Gurus", wholesaling, In my opinion, is not something an inexperienced person should engage in.

You may be inexperienced but from your post it appears to be in a  good way where you want to minimize risk by having as little debt as possible.  

My guess is an inexperienced developer.

Not saying it doesn't work but not my cup of tea.  

I’ve seen advice in multiple places that it’s better to use a lawyer to make sure someone inexperienced (such as myself) doesn’t make any mistakes or oversights that might negate the benefits of using an LLC.

Hello everyone I’m Patrick and there is a auction coming up this summer for a rv park that is beyond run down about 20 spaces that have pre 90s rvs on them grass is two feet tall gravel road is almost impassable I mean it basically looks like a trailer scrapyard but it is directly next to hwy 35 just off a exit south of dallas anyway I thought since the rv park was so run down people may only value it for land and I could add value to the park by evicting the tenants and rehabbing the park I’m aware of the costs involved in such a task I’m a contractor in the area Never bought at auction though inexperienced in that regard if anyone has input or advice I’d love to hear it thanks
