What do you think the operating/service cost is for an indoor pool?

I have a 4 bed cabin, 2,850 square feet, with outdoor amenities plus a lot indoor on 3 floors.  

I'm from Los Angeles so I know about indoor growing. :)

And for those wondering if we have indoor plumbing and central AC, Huntsville actually has the most PHDs per capita in America as well due to all the NASA and tech relocating to the area!

Let me prefix with this:Basically the reason why STRs have exploded in 2020 was primarily due to the pandemic making most people work from home, and there was (and still is) a desire to travel a lot since everyone was always indoors.

And to top it off, the door to the porch (which has AC and is indoors - I think they call it in a lanai) has been left open the entire time. 

I use a 12 inch ruler in the photos next to damages such as carpet stains, repaired holes in doors if they are still visible, bent window blinds, discolored fireplace brick, etc. 

In my market those are the people that start indoor Pot grows in your property.

Pro-tip: turn on all indoor lights and close the blinds so you don't throw off your camera light meter.

Buy your next property with investing in mind... a great deal... a fixer upper... a multi-unit with income (my 2000sqft 6bd house with an indoor climbing wall has the mortgage covered by the 1000sqft apartment in the basement).I would also sit down and brainstorm with a mortgage broker who understands investing.
