Our battery went out and our son had to crawl through a basement window but I doubt too many people could have done that, he was impressed by our increased security but didn't want to drive 2 hours back home so he found a way.

When started out in New Jersey, numbers never look to impressive. 

I was just under the impression this was a 2 unit. 4 bd 2 bath that are all over down there and he said in the original post it was a multi unit.

I think it would be a disservice to all of the consumers who utilize BiggerPockets to learn and network with professionals and service providers to not have this new information given to them.Bob Prisco (aka Bob Stevens) actually utilized a 2nd BiggerPockets profile from 2018 to 2020.
