Hello community,We have purchased a home in Nevada City, California that is currently a cash flowing rental, until it becomes our primary home in 1.5 years when our family relocates to the area.

Last August a decent pre-foreclosure opportunity came available on the MLS and my agent took us to see the home and submitted two offers below asking that were too low for the seller at the time.Apparently the seller was able to avoid foreclosure and the home delisted after it didn’t sale.

When we found this deal the community had around 45 homes in it, now we are close to 60 total homes and looking to bring that number up to around 80.
