Reason I am hesitant is due to the fees they want up front. 

While, I am definitely taking into account the hesitancies called out, I do see that everyone who has actually put their money on the line and has attempted to do the program has said nothing but positive things and have no regrets.

My hesitation was first of all the price, second of all the very hands on nature where for that price I felt like it should have been done for you, and third the relative opaqueness of the program itself.
