We did not agree to pay him that much and feel like he took advantage of us not getting the firm price on the front end.

We hired a law firm to take them on.I have heard from many people that the reviews of people stating that they good experiences are them and 100% fake. 

Might change it, might not.WA requires you to hold a brokers license and be under a managing broker for 3x years before you can have a firm yourself.
