Agree about getting advice from an accountant:The 0% Capital gains is not unlimited, the 0% only applies to the gain required to fill out the 15% bracket.The following is a link that explains capital gains and brackets:https://www.kitces.com/blog/understanding-the-mechanics-of-the-0-long-term-capital-gains-tax-rate-how-to-harvest-capital-gains-for-a-free-step-up-in-basis/IMHO very difficult to predict tax without knowing other sources of income, but my guess is if it was a normal sale, much of it would be taxed at 20% federal + applicable state tax... not zero.

Being born on a farm I tend to plant the right seeds in the right field and harvest the crop I desire.  

Once my phone does start ringing (soon, very soon) I will think of the possible 38K I could potentially harvest with every missed call!

They also know to live on the harvest and not eat the seeds.

Subtract plowing, planting, seed costs, fertilizer, herbicides, fungicides, harvesting, transport, and sales fees you might scrape $10-$50 an acre if you can find someone to take pity on you and not charge you a fortune to do the work.
