As a result you end up with two different ownership situations in the same development, which is not a situation that is conducive to harmony of the owners.

The end goal should be two harmonious, ‘good’ tenants.

@Jason Harmony I never heard of this guy, and while you don't provide enough details for the numbers you give to make sense, this is kind of the strategy @Joe Villeneuve uses.

@ Rich Harmon, I went to actually check out that link, and we see its a protest by the lying fauxahontas Elizabeth Warren, who milked the Indian background to get preferential treatment, despite not being a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, or enrolled in the Eastern Band, or is not one of the United Keetoowah Bands of Cherokee.

It’s unfortunate really because it was one of few places where tenants and landlords lived harmoniously as neighbors and now the tenants are forced to fight for regulations just so they can keep affording to live in their hometown.

I'm in the Abilene, Texas area and pose this question: Can RE Investors work in harmony with RE Brokers and Agents?

I'm not sure what all the requirements are for the conventional loan to get out of the harmony loan.
