A friend of mine is trying to figure out what is a better long term strategy.

In fact, a common colleague of Chris and mine worked with them for a few years but departed once he learned of the issues outlined above.

We would have to switch back to Iron Ore mining and more Coal energy, which both have significant EPA or political issues.

Jay, I agree in what you're saying, except, no you haven't had more notes purchased, your experience isn't near mine on several fronts, so let's not make it a whizzing contest

A high school friend of mine has a duplex little outside of Sacramento area but isn't really cash flowing and ate up a lot of his capital to invest in additional properties.

Mine is boredom between Self Storage and Country subdivisions.  

There is a NARPM Google Group that is full of some 10-pound brains (and 2.6-pound brains like mine).

But for daily driver and any trips along any interstate I really like mine..
