So again In my opinion this is so new and fresh I like the idea of maybe getting a committee together to one have  or two voices to deal with the sponsor and give it a minute .. if it does not right itself over the next year what difference does it make if your investment is lost in 24 or 25 and just maybe repayment and recapitalization will occur and over the course of time investors start to get their principal back..

I respect your many years of experience Jay but want to bring some perspective from the other side of the table.In a corporate office which is running 10, 20 or even 50 projects at once (depending on the firm size), what is the benefit for the Architect to drop their other projects to jump on yours quicker?

Rentometer has avg rents at only $1067/mo so I'm also not sure about paying that much for such little rent for a long-term hold perspective when from what little research I've done you can get more elsewhere for the same buy price - maybe someone looking to park money for tax purposes or an all-cash deal hoping for a big upside?
