If I own a Burger King franchise, and corporate tells me to sell less Whoppers (let's say they cap my burger sales at 7% Whoppers, or they fine me), I'm going to do 2 things: 1) Put less signs up about Whoppers, more signs about other burgers. 2) Jack up my Whopper prices.

Hi Kal, our particular RPM franchise doesn't cover that area but there is another one in that area.

Sure see a lot of them around though, so someone must be successful, or they have a great franchise salesperson.

I have put together a construction crew who I put on salary to do the majority of the job and I have hooked up with a national urgent care franchise to use these buildings.

There are franchises that do STR management in many markets and can probably get you stats for the various ones they are affiliated with.

One of the buildings is up and running as a franchise hotel, the other one, which used to be a franchise hotel, was shut down 3 years ago due to a burst pipe.

But if we define it as buying a property as is for low price and selling it as is for higher price once we own it that is what the big we buy houses franchise folks do..

My daughter has bought a Big Block Real Estate franchise for Orange County and Shasta County and will be opening an office soon.

COVID notwithstanding, the entertainment scene is also strong, with tons of nightlife options and three professional sports franchises.
